Natasha Randall, LCSW, LICSW
Clinical Director
Natasha Randall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working in the mental health field for ten (10) years. She received her Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Howard University. Natasha has experience treating individuals of all ages and believes in applying an empathetic and client-centered approach using various treatment methods. Natasha's specialized certifications include American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Criteria Provider, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy.

We embrace diversity and provide services to multiple populations in the community, confidential, non-judgmental environment. New Vision Counseling and Consulting, LLC empower children, adolescents, and adults to feel capable, courageous, and confident by using evidence-based therapeutic interventions supporting their specific needs. Client and treatment focuses are depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, impulse control issues, grief and loss, and life transitions. Natasha's experience includes treating clients with emergency mental health/crisis, trauma-informed, trauma-focused care, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse, and other mental health needs.
